Emaux CTRL4-ORP | Automatic Swimming Pool Dosing ORP Control and Dosing System

The Emaux CTRL4/CTRL7/CTRL20 pH/ORP series is a high-accuracy water treatment solution designed for automatic monitoring and chemical dosing in swimming pools and water systems.

This system continuously measures pH and Oxidation-Reduction Potential (ORP) using probe sensors. Based on these readings, it automatically injects the required chemicals to maintain optimal water balance and sanitation levels.

ORP (Oxidation-Reduction Potential) is a key indicator of water disinfection efficiency, measured in millivolts (mV). Rather than simply measuring how much sanitizer (like chlorine) is present, ORP reflects how effectively the water can neutralise bacteria, algae, and other contaminants. A higher ORP value indicates stronger sanitising performance, ensuring safe and hygienic water conditions.

The system features a digital metering pump with integrated pH/ORP controller, allowing both fully automatic dosing and manual adjustment with proportional flow control for precise chemical management.

How It Works

The dosing pump operates באמצעות an electromagnet-driven piston mechanism with a PTFE diaphragm:

1. An electric impulse activates the electromagnet, pulling the piston forward.
2. This movement creates pressure, forcing chemical solution out through the discharge valve.
3. When the impulse stops, a spring returns the piston to its original position.
4. This action draws fresh chemical into the pump through the suction valve.

This precise, repeatable cycle ensures accurate dosing with minimal maintenance.

Control & Reliability

The system is powered by an advanced micro-controller, which continuously monitors water parameters and adjusts dosing accordingly. LED indicators provide real-time pump status, while the robust design ensures reliable, low-maintenance operation without the need for lubrication.
