400mm 0.33hp Swimming Pool Pump & Filter Combo System

The Emaux FSP400-6W swimming pool pump and filter combo is a great "plug and play" solution for home pool systems without the hassle of cartridges or a full-blown permanent installation. The FSP400-6W pump and filter combo has been designed with above ground pools in mind and combines Emaux's SS033 pump and P400 filter into one easy to use unit.

P400 Filter

Let's start with the filter. The P400 is a 400mm filter and is made from a high-quality HDPE material which is UV resistant. This means the unit can be left outdoors in the sun over summer without any degradation of the plastic. This 400mm filter will take around 35kg of sand and does away the cartridge systems often found on above ground pools. We recommend using recycled glass filter media to get a crystal clear pool. Maintenance of the sand filter is simple, the sand only needs to be backwashed when the pressure in the unit rises. This can be seen on the handy pressure gauge located on the 6-way multiport valve.

SS033 Pump

Moving on the FSP400-6W pump and filter combo comes with the SS033 0.33hp pool pump. This 0.33hp pump is perfect for smaller pools and operates at a low decibel; just 55db which is about the same as an air conditioning unit. Therefore the pump can be run overnight if needed without disturbing anyone.

This combo system comes with a base and a multiport valve that has both 50mm and 1.5 inch standard connections which make installation easy. The base also means that when it's time to pack away for winter you can just move the whole unit as one.
